We're looking for the right person to lead Marketing Ops at Squad4.
The right person will support delivering for clients today, sharpening how we package and sell our Marketing Ops services—and as we grow—lead a small but mighty MOps delivery team.
AI and Demand Gen have rewritten the rules of B2B revenue generation. Marketing isn't a support function—it's a primary engine. Our clients need someone who can lead Marketing Ops with structured, systems-level thinking: connecting Content, SEO, AEO, Events, Digital/Paid, and Demand Gen into one coherent revenue motion—and owning the Marketing → Sales handoff where most B2B revenue dies.
We're building a different kind of HubSpot Solutions Partner organization. We're a boutique consultancy—one where real operators embed with client teams, own the outcomes, and build systems that actually move the needle. No thrown-over-the-fence requirements. This is a hands-on director/leader role. You'll deliver client work, productize the practice, and grow the squad behind you. No blackbox marketing. Ever.
This role is client-facing and requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal), team management, and the ability to distill complex challenges and business requirements into actionable recommendations.

Base Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 (USD) DOE
At Squad4, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
